How to utilise The Hannah
Hannah Playhouse, known to her friends as The Hannah, is a theatre designed as both a performance and development space for bold, professional makers of theatre, dance, music and multi-disciplinary experiences.
Our programme is curated to nurture the professional performing arts sector in Aotearoa with a particular focus on works in development, presenting original works of impact and/or scale, and providing a hub to support artists and practitioners who align with our vision.
The unique 243-seat theatre can be configured in a variety of ways and is an ideal space for independent theatremakers to both present and develop new, exciting ideas. To pitch a project at the Hannah and enquire about availability, reach out to General Manager Eleanor Strathern to kick-start the kōrero.
